WhmcsDetector provides tools for detecting WHMCS installations on websites and access to a verified database of WHMCS-powered companies. The service is intended solely for legitimate B2B purposes including marketing, affiliate programs, and sales outreach.

3. Permitted Use

You may use the data for: cold B2B outreach, affiliate marketing, selling products and services to the hosting industry, and market analysis.

4. Prohibited Use

You may not: send unsolicited spam emails, violate data protection laws (GDPR, CAN-SPAM), resell the database to third parties, or automatically scrape our service.

5. Payment and Refunds

All payments are processed manually. Account balance is non-refundable. If a domain check fails due to our error, we will credit the cost back to your balance.

6. Data Accuracy

We strive for 98.4% accuracy but do not guarantee 100% results. Data is provided for informational purposes.

7. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
